KT1154Z EMULSIFYING AGENT FOR EXPLOSIVES
1. DESCRIPTION
KT1154Z is a synthetic polyisobutylene succinimide prepared by non-chlorination route (thermal adduction process).It’s free of chlorine. Emulsion explosives made from the emulsifier possess fine storage stability and shape. KT1154Z is a fine emulsifier with high stability for production of powerful emulsion explosives.
2. APPLICATIONS
The emulsion explosives prepared with KT1154Z in combination with other emulsifiers could result in fine explosive properties such as excellent stability and well-distributed colloidal particles. It is an ideal material for the production of emulsion explosive.

4. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The products in the storage, handling and blending should meet the requirements of SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75℃. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45℃. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.
5. PACKING
It is packed in 200 litre steel drum, with the net weight at 170 kg per drum.
